Engineering Pathways to Success
Our central mission is to educate Black and Brown students about the effects of climate change and what's going on in the world around them. We teach young people how their impact and contributions to mother earth create opportunities for their gifts and talents. We build sustainable communities while developing leaders of our culture in arts, sciences, entertainment, and technology.
Our award-winning youth education and recreational programming and event services focus on a psychology-based methodology built around understanding the factors and barriers that prohibit positive youth development.

Bria Nicole Wade
President CEO
Bria Wade is an actress, model, fitness guru, and award-winning Director of Planning and Programming for the City of Burbank, California, Parks, and Recreation. Bria delivers a wealth of experience. A Howard University, Washington DC Communications, and Economics, Summa Cum Laude graduate. Bria has created a pathway to living a prosperous lifestyle for young people striving to pursue their dreams with hope and opportunity.
Yhanni Simone Wade
Creative Director
Yhanni Wade is a talented and gifted singer, performer, and music producer with several chart-topping singles to her credit. Yhanni, a mom of a beautiful three-year-old, brings knowledge and wisdom to young people pursuing their goals and ambitions while maintaining the responsibilities of motherhood. Yhanni's arts and recreational programming training began with the award-winning Maryland National Parks and Recreation Commission (MNCPPC) in Prince George's County, MD.
Vernon Lamont Wade, Jr.
Director of Business Innovation
Vernon Wade, Jr. is a Business and Finance student attending the University of the District of Columbia. Vernon is a scholar student and gifted athlete, and He excels in helping youth develop confidence, dignity, and pride. A youth camp leader for the City of Burbank, Parks, and Recreation delivers exceptional leadership in the area's accountability for task completion and throughput to the organization's mission.
